Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send a form or message us, we collect the parent or guardian’s name, email, phone number, the goalkeeper’s age, preferred location and program, and any message you include.
Payment information. Payments for camps and programs are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.
Usage information. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and improve our ads. These tools are not loaded unless you accept.
Campaign information. We record the campaign source of your visit (UTM parameters) so we know which ads and posts bring families to us.

Children’s information

Our services are for goalkeepers ages 6 to 17, but our forms are meant to be completed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

How we use information

To reply to your request, schedule training, manage registrations, send information about programs and camps, improve our website and ads, and meet legal obligations.

We use service providers to run our business: our CRM (Kommo), automation (Make), payments (Stripe), analytics (Google, Meta), photo galleries (Pixieset) and messaging (WhatsApp). We do not sell personal information.

Photos

Camp and training photos may be published in our gallery and social media. To opt out for your goalkeeper, email us.

Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies, unsubscribe from emails at any time, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@delimagkacademy.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
